What we look for in life sciences candidates

We screen beyond the résumé for the things that matter in regulated environments:

Relevant education and training for the role, from technical certificates to advanced degrees.
Familiarity with good practice standards such as GMP, GLP, or GCP, where the role calls for them.
Documentation habits and comfort following written procedures.
